1. Advanced Wax Pattern & Shell Building
- Precision Wax Injection: The permanent mold is used to produce precise wax patterns, which are then assembled onto a "tree" to form a cluster.
- Robust Ceramic Shell Building: The wax cluster undergoes a series of dipping in ceramic slurries and stuccoing with refractory materials. This process builds a multi-layered, high-strength ceramic mold around the wax.

2. Controlled Melting & Pouring
- Material Integrity: We use medium-frequency induction furnaces for melting, ensuring precise temperature control and optimal chemical composition of metals including stainless steels and alloy steels.
- Expert Pouring: De-waxed and preheated ceramic molds are filled with molten metal in a controlled environment to ensure complete filling and optimal metallurgical structure.

3. Knock-out & Cut-off
- Shell Removal: After the casting solidifies and cools, the ceramic shell is mechanically removed to reveal the "casting tree".
- Parts Separation: Individual rough castings are precisely separated from the runner system, ready for the next stage of processing.
